Møre Boligkreditt AS

Møre Boligkreditt is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sparebanken Møre and the Banks most important source of long term market funding. Møre Boligkreditt received its license to operate as a mortgage company and issue covered bonds from the Norwegian FSA 6th of November 2008. Norwegian legislation permits only specialized credit institutions to raise loans by issuing covered bonds. Møre Boligkreditt is supervised by the Norwegian FSA and subject to Norwegian regulation of credit institutions which is in line with the corresponding EU rules.
